Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We provide an authorize shipping providers in U.S like UPS, Fedex, USPS and Amazon Shipping.
How to Track My Order?
You are going to receive an email which contains the tracking information once the item is shipped out. If there is no email available after 3-5 working days after the order placed, you may need to check your spam box or contact our customer support for assistance. Please mention your correct order ID in the email.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It will take 3-7 working days for you to receive your order as long as the item ordered is available in stock. If the item ran out of stock before shipment, you are going to receive an email informing of the cancellation, refund status and restocking date.
My billing address is not match with shipping address. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we would not accept any order if the billing and shipping address does not match each other. Please match them when you process the order.

We accept Visa, Master, Discover, American Express and PayPal payment methods.
What happends if there is a duplicate charged by accident??
Please contact us and provide your order information before we ship out. Then, we are going to provide a cancellation option for you.

Can I amend my order regarding the size, color, or style?
Unfortunately, the order cannot be amended once it is accepted. And the only solution is to cancel the order. You need to contact our customer support team (contact us) for the cancellation at your earliest convenience.
Can I cancel my order?
It depends. You need to contact our customer support team (contact us) to cancel the order at your earliest convenience before shipment. We cannot cancel the order that is in our fulfillment center ready to ship, either can we cancel the order that is in transit.
How can I change my shipping address?
Regretfully, the shipping address cannot be changed as the order will be submitted to our fulfillment center shipping system directly at the same time you completed your order. You need to contact our customer support team (contact us) for the cancellation at your earliest convenience.
I received a faulty product. What should I do?
If you have received the faulty product, please do not worry and we will hold full responsibility to it. You could write to us with the correct order ID together with some pictures to show the defective parts of the shoes. Further actions will be taken upon receipt of the pictures. To avoid further inconvenience, please do contact us before starting the return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return had received and inspected by our return department, the refund will be issued and the refund transaction will take up to 5 business days to be shown in your account.

How can I select the size if I have the wide feet?
We usually provide a size chart on every products page. You are going to see the size number of countries like US, UK, EUR and Mexico.
